So in celebration of this blog feat, I am hosting a super-de-duper giveaway. One lucky winner will receive the Urban Fantasy eBook Frayed: A Madison Lark Novella by Blakely Chorpenning. Come check out my Review of the novel and my Interview with the author.

excruciating experiments, she quickly learns there is more to life than glitzy
opponents and late night trysts. Fray and a crew of unlikely allies must rescue
the children before they are dissected alive. Being a leopard shapeshifter

ex do not mix. But Fray is willing to go all the way to stop her world from
changing. That is, until the ultimate sacrifice forces her to realize just how
overdue change is. Her most shocking discovery: Everyone’s human. At least a little…

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on this milestone and good thoughts of joy and continued success sent your way. I read some wonderful books in 2011, one of my favorites was Blood Rock by Anthony Francis. It is book two in the Skinwalker series and I have to say I just love the protagonist, the supporting characters, and the world where the books take place.
ReplyDelete@Denise - Never heard of this series. I will for sure look it up. Thanks for sharing. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite book in 2011 was Awaken by Katie Kacvinksy. I probably have more but I'll just go with this one because it's stayed with me since I read the last word.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of that book. I will have to look it up. Thanks.
DeleteMy favorite book was Shadowfever finishing off the Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning. That was one fantastic book!
ReplyDeleteThat was a great book. I still need to review it. The series was amazing. Though, I wish the ending was a little more resolved.
DeleteI love how Karen Maria Moning incorporated characters of her Highlander series in the ShadowFever novel. The druids are characters in the Highlander series - Drustan Mackeltar in Kiss of the Highlander and Dageus Mackeltar in The Dark Highlander. Then you have Adam Black who was once a Seelie Prince in The Immortal Highlander.
ReplyDeleteOMG, I know. It was awesome. And I read the Highlander series first so I totally loved seeing them all again.
