The Power of Books
I thought this picture really captured what it's like to read an amazing book. I spent a little time thinking up which books I've read that fit each picture. For me the bloody pic represents Magic Strikes by Ilona Andrews, the plant one is Claimed by Shadow by Karen Chance, and the fire one is Firestorm by Rachel Caine. What kinds of books do these pictures make you think of?

This is such a lovely post :D
ReplyDeleteI can't think at this moment what each one represents at the moment. But I totally get the idea that things like literally leap off the page at you :D

They do! Books are like my life's blood. They help me get up in the morning, keep me going during the day, and sleep well at night. :)
DeleteYes! Exactly that! :D
DeleteThis is absolutely amazing! I can't think of any particular books at this moment in time, either, but jut wow! I especially love the blood one, how it looks like their head has been blown off - really shows how involved you can get in a story. I LOVE it! Pinned!

For some reason the butterflies make me think of Harry Potter, as weird as that is... but in Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder there are butterflies!
