I saw this one around so much last Saturday I had to grab a copy for myself.
Sounds pretty intense.

Such a sad sounding story but I bet it's powerful.
Such a sad sounding story but I bet it's powerful.
I still need to read the first book but everyone I know loved it.
The tagline for this one is The Lovely Bones meets Black Swan. Yeah, all over it.
I am weird. I have a weird thing about being touched by most people. So this book calls to me.
Hells yeah, this sounds fun!
BRAINS!!!!
Yay, more historical romance.
Have you read any of these books before? Which one should I read first? What did you get this week?
I haven't read any of these. They all look great. Happy reading them all.

I thought I recognised the cover of I Adored A Lord - it's been used previously for The Vespertine by Saundra Mitchell! Love the cover of The Dark World too, waiting on some more reviews for that before deciding if I want to read it.
ReplyDeleteI'm Stacking My Shelves with books you might not have heard of...
Oh wow, weird! Yeah, I am interested to see how Dark World turns out.
DeleteGreat haul! I really want to read the Dark World when it gets published, I hope you enjoy it. :) Happy reading and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
DeleteNice haul! Some great looking covers here... Makes me wonder how effective Stacking the Shelves is at selling/promoting books; I bet it has some influence!
ReplyDeleteMy StS.
Oh yeah! I have bought books because of this meme.
DeleteHaha, I just read what Vickie wrote and noticed it too. That Vespertine girl ends up on so many book covers. She's on the Australian Goddess Test over here.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been on NetGalley for a while, but Dark World does sound awesome. I love demon books, tv, everything--hence my blog title.
Anyway, here's my Stacking the Shelves if you want to check it out.
LOL, that's crazy!
DeleteGreat haul! I've been avoiding Netgalley and Edelweiss as I knew there were loads of great new books on both. Looks like I'll have to stop resisting temptation and have a look, especially as I really want to read Dark World, Feral and Rites of Passage.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your new books and happy reading :)
Yeah, HarperCollins got me again!
DeleteI have A Handful Of Dust also, I'm super excited for it and I'm positive it's going to be amazing!
ReplyDelete-Scott Reads It!
I've not read any of these, but have requested the Curse Breakers. I also requested the 1st in that series at NetGalley as it's available until The Curse Breakers releases. They sound awesome and have great reviews! Thanks for spotlighting that one!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I can't wait to get started on this series.
DeleteFeral sounds good. The tagline also sold it to me.
ReplyDeleteRight? I loved it!
DeleteOOh nice! Spoiler, I got The Dark World too this week! Heehee! Not much of a spoiler I guess! Can't wait to read it. I have it in my number three slot to be read soon, been seeing a lot of it around and it started to catch my eye so I requested it! Can't wait to read it!
ReplyDeleteThe Curse Breakers sounds familiar, but I don't know if I've seen it or not. Hope you enjoy all your reads though!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
Yup, the seeing it around bug got me too. hehe. Can't wait to see what you think.
DeleteOoooh, some fun looking ones! Enjoy! Looking forward to your reviews :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by.
DeleteThe cover for The Curse Breakers makes me think there is a love triangle (which is a no-no for me). Have you read book 1? Is there a love triangle?
ReplyDeleteParanormal Haven
I know, I notice that too. I have not read book one, but I plan to read them back to back.
DeleteReally looking forward to the sequel to 'not a drop to drink' hope you love them ☺
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteThe Curse Breakers looks good, but I need to read book one. Did you read it?
ReplyDeleteMe too. I tend to hoard first books and wait for book 2 to come out so I don't have to wait. I know, I am weird.
DeleteI didn't like The Dark World that much, but I hope you do! And I got Kiss of Broken Glass too. =)
ReplyDeleteAwww, that sucks. :(
DeleteI still need to read Not A Drop to Drink too, but I plan on doing so since the second book is coming out. And yes, I hope Dark World is good. Great haul, Jennifer.
ReplyDeleteI want to read them back to back.
DeleteOMG, so many amazing books for review! I've heard good things about Mindy McGinnis's book as well. Happy reading Jennifer! x
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear.
DeleteHoly great haul, Batman! I can't wait to hear what you think about The Dark World--it looks fab. Happy reading ;)
ReplyDeleteJessica @ Rabid Reads
Thanks so much! :)
DeleteDark World sounds good, hope you enjoy! I might try to find it for myself
ReplyDeleteI hope you do.
Deleteawesome haul. I will need the Broken Glass one, sounds powerful as well. Reading Feral as a buddy read current omg..dark and......very...visual
ReplyDeleteOMG, I am so excited for Feral!
DeleteLOL I love the fact that you're saying you're weird because you don't like people to touch you. I have a horrible thing with that too. If I don't know you, there is a space requirement that I'd really like you to meet. It tends to make first dates awkward and me uncomfortable. Jaclyn @ JC's Book Haven.
ReplyDeleteI know. First Dates are the worst. Only family can touch me and even then, I have to like that family member.
DeleteNice haul. The Dark World seems quite popular this week.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy all your books and thanks for stopping by my blog.
Yeah, I noticed that too.
